About this Event




Meditation sessions will be facilitated by Wellness For The People; two licensed mental health clinicians and spiritual practitioners, Jasolyn Harris, LCSW, M.Div, and Angela Smith, LCSW. In community together, we will engage in various mindfulness techniques/practices including but not limited to; meditation, reflection, oracle/tarot card readings, affirmations, journaling, mindfulness, sound-healing, and breath-work. Our hopeful intention is that this will be a time to engage in communal healing that supports our overall emotional/spiritual wholeness and wellness.

About Jasolyn & Angela

As licensed therapists, professors, trainers, spiritual practitioners and facilitators, Angela and Jasolyn have worked for 10 years creating and facilitating spaces for emotional healing and wellness. This work has spanned educational and community systems of care and now extends to the business sector, creating and facilitating safer spaces to explore and educate communities around the intersections of race, trauma, healing and joy.
