Didn't exercise as much during lockdown? Gained few pounds because the fridge is too close or get on more beers?

We all feel the pain and we all want to get our fitness back and get sweaty.

Now it's time to move your body and get your fitness back, get moving and get your summer body back.

We are offering a series of outdoor group training class: Cardio, Body conditioning, Body Compact, BodyPump, Upper Body Workout and Lower Body Workout, etc.

They are perfect for weight loss and burning calories.

**Classes are held at Jells Park, Wheelers Hill. Meeting location will be emailed once you booked the class.

**Classes are outdoor and in line with Vic Gov Covid-19 Safety Guideline.
