Gin School

Become a Citizen Distiller when you join us for Gin School. A hands on experience where you will create your own botanical bill and distill your own Gin on our mini-pot stills.

We’ve learnt a lot in our pursuit for the perfect spirits. The techniques that we’ve developed in order to create our flagship range are worth sharing, so we’ve designed this experience to do just that.

Enter our Distillery with a passion for good spirits and leave with your own custom 500ml bottle of Gin and a wealth of knowledge about the art of distilling.

Classes take place on the Distillery floor right alongside our one-of-a-kind copper stills.

The Details

Available for 6-12 people, on Saturdays and Sundays at 1pm and 5pm.

Duration: 2.5hrs

Cost: $170 pp

• Gin & Tonic on arrival
• Short educational history of distilling and our processes
• Tutorial on distilling in a mini pot still
• 500ml bottle of your custom-distilled gin.
