Antica Australis: the ancient South

Reserve your ticket in advance now with no payment required until one month prior to the event.

Tickets are $150 per person (incl. GST) and include your five course set menu and a welcome lemon myrtle infused gin cocktail on arrival. Table water is provided. Antica is BYO.

Places are currently limited to 12 guests a session. Antica is a COVID-safe registered business.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Once you have reserved your ticket, payment in full will be required one month (4 weeks) prior to your selected event. A separate online booking link will be emailed to you at that time to arrange prepayment to confirm your booking.

Our cancellation policy once payment is received is 7 days notice for full refund.

Any cancellations received with less than 7 days notice will forfeit a 50% cancellation fee unless we are able to replace your place with a guest on our waiting list.

If you have made payment in full and we need to cancel the event due to changing circumstances and regulations regarding COVID-19, we will provide you with a 100% refund.

ON THE MENU:

An elegant five course collaborative dining experience of First Nations bush tucker with a regional Italian twist to introduce you to a taste of the ancient south of both lands. Features local native herbs that have been foraged or sourced from local community gardens. Lemon myrtle infused Parrot gin cocktail served with a crocodile ceviche and fennel & orange salad; chilli & pepperberry fried emu; saltbush barramundi poached in local wine in paperbark; finger lime granita; and Antica’s now famous Blue Cheese Gelato with local figs, yellowbox honey and hazelnuts.
