For those preparing to compete in strongman/woman competitions.
About this Event
This class is for those with a little bit of experience in strongman/woman and are looking to compete. This class will be coached by up to 3 experienced coaches and will include a 12 weeks program to help you prepare for upcoming competitions. $5 for Northside Strength members and $15 for non members.
