Trish Douglas and Regina Orchard love offering soundbaths to empower your sovereign self, nurturing and strengthening all aspects of your life: physical, mental, energetic, spiritual and emotional.
All you need to do is sit or lie down comfortably and relax, to receive a high frequency healing. Each time Trish and the plants will respond to only those of us in the room, and our specific energies and needs in that session. No two sessions are ever the same.
As well as Trish’s intuitive Sound Healing we have introduced Plant Music Instruments, allowing plants to join in. We all know the health benefits of being in nature This is a way to hear and feel plant’s energy vibrations in another way. The plants present will play music for us, responding live to our needs.
