Open Studio

Take part in the Museum’s regular Open Studio session to meet like-minded people who enjoy making, crafting and creativity.

Guided by a Museum team member, we provide craft resources including vintage knitting, crochet and sewing patterns from the collection, spinning wheels, rigid heddle weaving looms and more.

Bring your own craft project or try crafting for a cause. Our projects include making Wildlife Victoria's Pouches for Orphaned Joeys and the Red Cross Trauma Teddies.

Open Studio is suitable for all ages and abilities. No experience or resources required, just a willingness to come and try!
