In our fast paced life many of us only connect on the surface and we seperate ourself through it... I know people who have known each other for years yet not known truthfully how much common ground they share day to day... We are all one what we do for ourselves helps or in some cases can harm the whole... We have a responsibility to be the best versions of ourself we can be not only for us but for everyone...
