Speaking 4 the Planet - Community Event

Speaking 4 the Planet is a free community art competition and event that integrates art and science to share knowledge about koalas.

Speaking 4 the Planet is an arts-based approach to sustainability education. It provides community members an opportunity to speak up and advocate for a sustainable future through their art and help educate the community on koala conservation.

Submit your work

If you would also like to submit a work to the competition, you will need to register your work by Tuesday 30 April. Works will need to be completed by Friday 31 May.

The four competition categories are visual arts, speaking, writing, and drama. All entries must focus on the topic of ‘Koala Safe Spaces’. Make sure you download the information pack for all the details.

Speaking for the Planet exhibition

The Speaking for the Planet event will be held at the Forster Civic Centre on 1 June 2024 and will be open for exhibition to the public.
