Join us for an interactive Q&A style online session on workplace team dynamics, held on Zoom.

We can explore team dynamics in the workplace and how they impact your wellbeing, performance and collaboration, in particular after or before there has been a change to the ways of working, such as new leaders and managers, returning to the office and so on.

Learn about the key factors that influence team dynamics, including communication, leadership, and conflict resolution.

Discover practical strategies for building and maintaining effective team relationships, and gain insights into how to navigate common challenges that arise within the workplace. We can also discuss things such as when to approach the human resource team, FairWork Australia and any other support mechanisms you have at your disposal when navigating tricky workplace situations.
