Let's Talk About... Dying

About

In mainstream Western communities, many of us are fearful of what happens at the end of life. This free 2-hour in-person event provides a gentle exploration and discussion into the natural process of ordinary dying. What are some of the more common symptoms that present with ordinary/natural, expected dying. How we can create a more peaceful environment for the dying. And the sharing of some ideas on how to navigate what we need to do after a person dies (after death care, funerals) and some information about tools that can assist family or Executors.

Please note this is general information to build death literacy and this session does not provide individual medical or legal advice. It is however a gentle and informative opportunity to learn more about what to expect and what to do after a person dies and to ask questions and share over a cuppa.

Facilitated by End of Life Doula, Jacqui Williams. This event has been generously sponsored by GHM Funerals.
