This free interactive 2-hour in-person event provides the opportunity for you to explore your own values, wishes and who & what matters. This can help you also have conversations with others. In this heart-centred and pragmatic session, you will be introduced to some discussion starter tools that enable you to explore more about yourself, your health and what you might want at the end of your life. And share a cuppa with others, in an open, relaxed environment.
