Congratulations on your pregnancy! Welcome to the booking page for Birth and Parenting Classes at Fairfield Hospital.
Classes are for mums, partners, and support people. These classes will help prepare you for labour and birth and make informed decisions about your care. They also build knowledge and confidence in caring for your newborn in the first few weeks after birth.
Face to face classes run over two consecutive Saturdays, 9am-3pm.
Sessions cover a range of topics:
Stages of labour, the birth environment, active birth, pain relief, medical assistance, caring for your newborn and breastfeeding.
Classes are free.
Parents are encouraged to book their classes early, commencing no later than 35 weeks.
Once you have filled out your details you will receive an confirmation email, followed by an email a week prior to the commencement of classes with further details about the day.
PLEASE NOTE: A separate ticket is required for each person
