We (Tanya & Tracey) welcome you to join us & connect with other open-hearted women in a safe-nurturing space to share a range of gentle soulful activities that will enhance your inner peace & emotional wellbeing. Each session will bring focus to a specific ‘chakra’ with each activity aligned to promote energy-flow and bring ease to many parts of your life.
