Nancy Abdou – Founder of TADLI, Skindivdual and the Dermal Space

Nancy began her journey in the skin industry 22 years ago by launching a clinic alongside her two sisters, expanding to 15 Melbourne locations. Her passion for aesthetic education led her to establish The Australian Dermal & Laser Institute. Her dedication to advancing the knowledge and skills of aesthetic professionals earned her accolades such as ABIA Educator of the Year for two consecutive years and Australian Enterprise Awards in the following two years. Recently, Nancy founded The Dermal Space, where she assists therapists firsthand. Her return is fueled by a mission to instil confidence in clients, guiding them through personalized skincare journeys that address both surface-level concerns and overall well-being.

Mark Sacco – Founder and CEO of Clever House

Mark is the Founder and CEO of Clever House, a leading distributor and online retailer specialising in consumer electronics and smart home automation. Mark has held a range of executive-level positions in SME and global tech companies including Buddy Technologies (ASX: BUD) and Computershare Ltd (ASX: CPU). He has been featured in the Australian Financial Review as BOSS Young Executive 2020, completed an Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School, holds a Bachelor in Business and is a Chartered Accountant.
