Workshop 2: Building Stronger Relationships

In this, the second workshop for the Career Start Professional Learning Program, you will explore practical ways of building stronger relationships across your school. You will be engaged in rich, interactive and engaging activities, and find some useful strategies that will help you prepare for the range of professional conversations you might need to have with students, parents, your peers, school leadership and your Mentor.

This dynamic workshop will lead you through some frameworks aimed at strengthening your professional identity and adding evidence-based practices to your teaching toolkit.

The workshop will also be a space for you to further get to know and connect with other graduate teachers in your Alliance, ask questions and share your experiences as you plan the years ahead.
