At the WAI Australian Chapter, we recognise that everyone's definition of leadership and their journeys are different. For some, leadership represents a title and a career pathway. For others, it can be tied to community, identity or culture. Whatever leadership means to you, we're here for it!

Our Emerging Leader Forum is open to all emerging and developing leaders aged 18 to 100+ years. The Forum is designed to connect and inspire attendees and help them develop tools and strategies while fostering a leadership mindset. EML is designed to cultivate growth in early career professionals, share pathway information and provide support to women for their journey in the aviation, aerospace, and space sectors.
