The ceremony begins with honouring Mother Cacao and enjoying her warm nourishing gift of Sacred Cacao. Drinking her gift opens the heart space, allowing you to connect to your heart and journey with love and compassion at your centre.

The ceremony continues with a drum journey where you are guided to connect with the rhythm of the drum, to journey within and discover that which resides within you.
