The AccelerateHER workshop is here to help. The Accelerator for Enterprising Women has partnered with Runway HQ to bring you a full day of masterclasses, led by an experienced team who have done it all before.

The day will be led by incredible female founder, Linda Wong, the Managing Director of Runway and Chris Ardrey the Director of Runway.

Runway is the launchpad to success for Startups residing in regional Victoria. By supporting and fostering innovation and entrepreneurial thinking within the Surf Coast to Goldfields catchment area, Runway is recognised as setting the benchmark for regionally sustainable ecosystems. Their impact since 2017 includes supporting 85 Startups, delivering 14 Incubator cohorts and supporting 245 businesses. For every $1 that was injected to support a Runway Startup, another $1.80 was created elsewhere in the economy due to flow-on effect.

Over the course of the day, you’ll get to dive right in and put pen to paper - in the area (or areas!) you need the most support. Our experienced facilitators will point you in the right direction with practical tools and advice. The day will cover:

• Defining and validating your unique selling proposition
• Financial modelling
• Go to market strategy
• Understanding target audiences
• Pitch preparation
• Plus everything you need to enter the Kickstarter Challenge for your chance to share in $60,000 in equity-free funding.

We’ll also make sure you have plenty of opportunity to connect with those in the room so you can build your local tribe - for support, accountability, and maybe even some unexpected collabs.
