Over 2 days, Touch for Health Level 1 introduces the basics of Kinesiology for both lay people and professionals.

You will learn muscle monitoring to assess the primary energy meridians and be able to perform techniques such as neuro-lymphatic and neuro-vascular points, spinal reflexes nutrition and Emotional Stress Release.

The theory of TFH and our meridians system are introduced and the western reflex techniques that are used restore balance to the mind and body and also improves posture, reduces pain and stress, enhances vitality and mental performance and be better equipped to reach the goals you set.
