Calling all women to join us and nourish your body and soul with LOVE! Let Love in is a high energy ecstatic dance and meditative experience. Open your heart to manifest and unleash abundance ~ Dance like no one's watching! This is a fun playlist that will guide your mind and body to find love deep within.

Bring your free spirit vibes and dance for your beautiful selves. Allow the music to transport you to a space to celebrate, laugh and love YOU. At the end of the session, you are welcome to stay to share a light meal together.

Wear anything you're comfortable in, turn off phones and remove shoes before entering the dance floor. Bring a sweat towel and water bottle. No talking on the dance floor, this distracts you and others from being in the moment.

SCHEDULE:

6:45 arrive, settle

7:05 Doors Close, Guided Warm up

7:10 Opening Circle

7:20 Ecstatic Dance

8:20 Guided meditation and closing circle

8:30 Finish or stay for a small vegetarian meal.
