KEMH Postnatal Exercise Class - 13th May 2024

I f you have a current Medicare card this class will be free - please note if you are asked for payment please contact North Metropolitan Health Services (08) 6457 7991 and report and suspicious activity.

Women who have delivered their baby at KEMH or OPH (and have a valid Medicare card) are welcome to attend up to 5 exercise classes with their baby aged between six weeks and six months.

Bookings for this class will only be received after you have attended the Postnatal Education Class on a Tuesday afternoon.

Please ensure you have had your 6 week check-up with your GP and have been given permission to resume exercising.

• Wear comfortable exercise clothes
• Wear closed-in shoes
• Have a towel and baby blanket ready
• Bring a water bottle

Baby's are welcome to attend but please do not bring your toddler or older children. If possible please do not bring your pram as space is limited.

Free to Medicare eligible patients. Medicare ineligible patients will incur a cost.

Please note: if you are unable to attend and do not cancel your booking - it will count as one of your sessions.
