Cerbaco's Manu Bonjour will take you on a journey from traditional Parisian-style Apero to a night ended with genuine Calvados.
Naz Fazio, passionate Italian Australian and importer of some top notch Italian booze, will take you through some of his favourite Italian amari including Amaro Alpino and Sfumato Rabarbaro.
