Join me at our next Yoga Retreat at the magical Energy Cntr Yoga in Highgate.

This event will be delicious and provide total restoration of body and mind. Rest and recharge with yoga, meditation, journaling, pranayama, sound, and so much more. Think of it as a big HUG for your nervous system, that reset you've been looking for! Filling your cup back up so that you can continue living from that place of love, compassion, and peaceful energy.

The day will start at 11am with an opening circle and connection with like minded women, some slow mindful movement, a delicious and nourishing lunch, some self-reflective journaling, energy balancing Yin yoga (restorative and beginner friendly), yummy head massages to dissolve tension, and a lovely sound bath to finish.

In Winter we are being invited to go deep within and recharge our battery. It is the 3 months of the year where deep restoration is needed. We are being asked to slow down, turn our attention inwards, and replenish our vital energy in our Chinese kidneys (according to Traditional Chinese Medicine). I am so passionate about sharing these tools and techniques that help me stay strong in the face of adversity and elicit vitality, willpower, and determination. The more we can restore during Winter through Yin yoga and other deep rest practices the more we can return to who we truly are and restore mind, body and soul.
