CSTP is facilitating in-person National Board component support for music teachers in the Olympia area.

CSTP is supporting Olympia-area National Board candidates with a component support cohort located at Centennial Elementary School with a state-trained national board facilitator, Stacy Brown. This cohort will have a music focus. Component 2 and 3 will be hosted during the 2024-2025 school year, with additional components offered the following year. Each component will involve four total meetings.

Candidates must register and pay for facilitation by the first meeting date of a component.

Please note, the completion of a Jump Start or a Foundations course will be required before the first meeting. Find information about WEA Jump Start here. CSTP will offer a Foundations course in the fall; more information will be available soon.
