Ice Cream Cakes & Sammies

Join us at The Pastry Project to learn how to make our favorite ice cream cake and ice cream sandwiches. We will make a soft chocolate sponge and malted vanilla frosting, perfect for ice cream cake. After that, you will learn the tricks for making a perfect ice cream cookie sandwich, with a cookie that is slightly crisp, but soft enough to bite through when frozen. Best of all, the cakes and sammies will be filled with our soft serve!

You'll go home with a finished mini ice cream cake as well as freshly baked cookies and soft serve to assemble more sandwiches at home!
