The Raclette Igloo experience arrives in Sydney. The eagerly awaited Raclette Igloo Experience arrives in Sydney after successful sell-outs across major Australian cities. Transforming the rooftop of Broadway Shopping Centre into a French alpine wonderland, it promises evenings of melted cheese, mulled wine, and marshmallow roasting against the backdrop of Sydney's skyline. Sydney's cheese aficionados can secure their spot for this unique culinary journey, featuring up to two kilos of Raclette cheese, cured meats, and traditional accompaniments served family-style. Each guest receives a glass of mulled wine to complement the hearty meal, with additional French wines available for purchase. Vincent Hernandez, event director, shares his passion for Raclette, highlighting its role as a tradition of sharing and indulgence. Memories of gathering with loved ones around the Raclette grill inspire the atmosphere of warmth and joy recreated in Sydney. Two tonnes of cheese have been imported from France to ensure an authentic experience, with the Raclette arriving straight from the Alps. The event offers igloo bookings for groups of 6 or 8, providing an intimate setting for enjoying this beloved winter dish. Completing the gastronomic journey, guests gather around fire pits to roast giant marshmallows, creating a perfect ending to a memorable evening.
