Antenatal classes provide valuable information to help prepare you and your support people for labour, birth, breastfeeding and caring for your newborn.
Each month includes four sessions, held every Wednesday from 06:30pm - 08:30pm.
Class one covers
- Pregnancy changes
- Labour and Birth: Physiological labour and birth
- Strategies for labour and birth
Class two covers
- Labour and Birth: when things don’t go according to plan
- Pain and analgesia
Class three covers
- The fourth stage/ Golden Hour
- Breast feeding and challenges
Class four covers
- The first 6 weeks: what to expect from your baby and your body.
*PLEASE BOOK INTO ALL FOUR CLASSES FOR THE MONTH
Please Note your ticket includes one support person to join you.
