Self-love for Girls (5-9yrs)

A space for your daughter to connect with other girls and gain tools to foster one of the most important acts in life - the act and art of self-love, self-compassion and gratitude.

Session incorporates gentle movement, breath, mindful art, reflection and connection in an all-girls circle. An opportunity to relate to others and celebrate oneself.

Includes a take-home mirror to decorate which will be used to create a nurturing and uplifting practice.
