YoungMinds Dance Connection | School Holiday Program | 9 - 11 years old

Through dance movement, mindfulness and art activities, we will explore strategies to support mental health and wellbeing.

YoungMinds Dance Connection: Who am I

Join our inclusive dance class open to everyone, regardless of dance experience. Discover and celebrate your unique self through dance while building confidence. We’ll delve into the elements of dance, using them to create personal routines and tell stories that express our emotions and identities. Throughout the sessions, you'll learn a complete dance routine and connect with others who share a passion for dance.

Enjoy a variety of dance styles, fun movement games, and mindfulness activities like yoga and creative journaling. As part of our Dance Connection co-design, we value your feedback on what you enjoy and what you'd like to see more or less of in the class.
