Ben is offering a breathwork session for our community to dive deeper into an innerstanding of how the breath caries information.

Ben's techniques are guided by sacred geometry and Holotropic breathwork.

He is a wise teacher and student of these two beautiful arts.

Ben will be offering these sessions for a short period of time, and we are blessed and honoured to have his presence with us for this period of time.

These sessions elsewhere typically cost $35 - $60 per session, however as part of the Centre's philosophy, Ben is offering these session via Energy Philanthropy which means gift from the heart - pay what feels right for you.

Please arrange a way of arriving by 5.30pm for a 6.00pm start.
