Join this special 3 week art therapy workshop to explore 'What's in your heart?' & create a separate art piece to show at a SALA event.

Be part of a special process that brings together art therapy, and your own creative practice.

Participants will spend 3 weeks being supported through therapeutic processes exploring and expressing: Whats in your heart?

Drawing inspiration from their inner explorations, insights and/or transformations during the 3 weeks, participants will also create a separate piece of art for exhibition in a city venue.

(The art made during the therapeutic processes will not be displayed)

Art Therapy session Dates:

Tuesdays: 6-8pm, city venue, HUG: 2nd July, 9th July, 16th July-5 places

Thursdays: 6-8pm O’Sullivan Beach Venue, 4th July, 11th July, 18th July -5 places

SALA exhibition runs August 1st - 31st

EXHIBITION OPENING: FRIDAY 9th AUGUST, 5:30-7PM

Here you Grow (HUG) , 219 Sturt Street, Adelaide

$120 per participant, includes all art therapy and exhibition fees

Please be mindful we are using art therapy processes to inform, guide and inspire, and creating art from these personal insights for an exhibition, although we will not be exhibiting the art therapy processes.
