Open to all, 3 lift & Bench only powerlifting meet @ Steel & Stone Gym.
Sunday 8th September 2024 at Steel & Stone Gym will see 'The Sarah Rainbow Classic I' take place. This is a 3 lift & Bench Only powerlifting comp for atheltes of all levels.
The winners will be determined by DOTS, and huge prize packs for our ladies & mens category. Cash prizes for the biggest deadlift!
Competition will kick off at 9am.
Spectators are welcome.
Food, drinks & merch will be available for purchase on the day
