23rd June 2024: 3rd Doncaster East Scout Group Bunnings BBQ

Please join us on Sunday, 23rd June 2024 for the BBQ sausage sizzle at Bunnings Doncaster to help raise funds for the group.

We need volunteers to help out on the day - taking orders, cooking sausages, serving drinks and sausages and collecting money. We require parents to assist for a 2 hour block, and to arrive 5 minutes before your shift to ensure a seamless transition in shifts.

You can register your name for multiple 2 hour slots. Select the time you are able to assist. If you have any questions about volunteering or the event please contact Natalie at natalie@3descouts.org.au . Otherwise mark the date on your calendar and come down for a sausage.

Please note: Only youths aged 15 years old and over are allowed to attend this event as Bunnings now have strict regulations regarding youth attendance.
