Pulled sugar is the general term for the category of patisserie and confectionery art utilizing hot sugar as the medium to prepare artistic decorations to be used to decorate dessert buffets, celebration cakes and the classic croquembouche.

Watch the experts demonstrate the art of sugar, creating flowers, leaves, ribbons, twirls and moulded figures.
