Lotus of Strength is a workshop designed to help Carers identify supports and helpful strategies.

Together, we will discover various aspects of personal strength and resilience, such as finding sources of inspiration, identifying supportive connections, reflecting on key achievements, and engaging in recharging activities, to better support ourselves during challenging times.

Hello, I'm Kseniia, a passionate Carer Coach. I know the challenges of being a Carer firsthand, and that's why I'm here. With a qualifications in Community Services and a journey towards a Bachelor of Psychology, I'm on a mission to help Carers like you find balance and achieve your goals. Carer Program events provide a safe and welcoming space for carers to freely interact with each other, so we ask that children and/or the person you care for are not brought along with you to events.
