Learn how to adapt your stress-managment techniques to your own identify

We welcome back Natascha Kamp, the founder of FND Consultancy, to present her powerful workshop: Power of Identity-centred stress management.

This interactive workshop will focus on supporting carers to unpack, reframe, manage and prevent stress.

Natascha will guide carers through their own strengths survey to empower them to use these in everyday life.

Who is Natascha Kamp?

My name is Natascha Kamp. I am 25 years old and the founder of FND Consultancy. I've battled functional neurological disorder (FND) for over a decade—a condition where the nervous system has problems sending and/or receiving signals between the brain and body, causing seizures, pain, fatigue, involuntary movement, limb weakness, and a host of cognitive, sensory and speech difficulties. As an FND consultant, my mission is to transform the lives of those navigating this complex and often misunderstood condition. I've harnessed my background in scientific research, educational program development, and psychology, to develop tailored solutions for people impacted by FND who want to reclaim their lives. My mission is to empower FND warriors and carers, advocating for awareness and providing essential knowledge to healthcare professionals, employers, and service providers.
