Master your self-care - Online Workshop

Constantly feeling like there's never enough 'me time'? Join our self-care workshop to learn practical tips for prioritising your health

Self-care is about taking care of ourselves so that we can be healthy and well, work, care for others and accomplish what need to in the day. Self-care is essential for managing stress, preventing burnout and improving the enjoyment of life.

As a carer, self-care is often at the bottom of the list and rarely done due to other priorites.

In this workshop we will discuss

  • The importance of self-care
  • The benefits of self-care
  • Different types of self-care
  • How to incorporate self-care into the week

You will be provided with a short workbook after the session that will guide you on creating your own Self-Care Plan and can become one of the most useful resources you can use in your daily life.
