Join us for a transformative one-day creative online therapeutic workshop designed to enhance your skills and resilience in your caring role. This workshop will focus on recognising and developing your inherent strengths and qualities.

What to Expect:

• Connect with Fellow Carers: Engage with others who share similar experiences, exchange stories, and build a supportive network.
• Creative Fun: Participate in enjoyable and therapeutic creative activities, including art and writing exercises, to explore and express your inner strengths.
• Rediscover Your Awesomeness: Reflect on your unique abilities and emotions, and discover new ways to harness your potential.

Activities:

• Strengths Identification and Reflection: Reflect on your personal strengths and explore the emotions associated with them.
• Creative Writing Exercise:Unleash your imagination by creating a superhero cartoon, showcasing the extraordinary qualities you bring to your caring role.
