🌏 Celebrate NAIDOC Week with Connecting to Country at The Lounge!🌿

International students, join us for a special event in collaboration with the Deakin Ecology Collective to celebrate NAIDOC Week. This free event is an incredible opportunity to learn about and honor the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, focusing specifically on the cultures and traditions of the Wadawurrung people.

The evening will start with a beautiful Welcome to Country, followed by cultural yarning sessions where we can share and learn about the rich heritage and stories of the land's original custodians. Based on what we learn throughout the night, we'll also have a fun and engaging scavenger hunt! We will end the night with a delicious bush tucker inspired dinner!

What to Expect:
