A transformative experience with live music to find deep relaxation, calm and nourishment with Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Medicine Drum, Chimes, Rain stick and many more.

Held in the beautiful Harmony Hall in Perth Hills, relax amongst the trees as you are guided on your journey of self-discovery with a guided meditation and sound healing.

Take the time for your self-care to unwind, relax, let go of daily stress and anxiety.

Event starts at 4.30pm, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to this time to find a spot and settle in.

The session will run from 4.30pm to 6.00pm with a guided meditation, pranayama and the sound bath to wash over you, while you relax and destress.
