Sessions are suitable for people of all ages whether you are a beginner or an advanced practioner of wellbeing.

Ayya Karunika is an expericed meditator & a teacher at Santi Forest Monastery, NSW . She is able to articulate the Buddhist teachings in a way that is practical to people of all ages & has a passion to share her experience and knowledge.
