Local Produce Month at The Stables - ‘Foraging Night’ with Timbarra Farms

Over the month of August Stones of the Yarra Valley will curating three seperate gorgeous menus highlighting local produce. The Yarra Valley is not only home to some incredible wineries, but also to incredible cheesemakers, truffle farmers and apple orchards, just to name a few. Each of these three events will be focused around a seperate incredible Yarra Valley producers. The second night in their Local Produce Series is ‘Foraging Night’ with Timbarra Farms. Located in Don Valley, Timbarra Farms is a one acre farm that is bio-intensive growing at it’s peak. For one night they will offer a four-course menu featuring produce grown and foraged by their friends at Timbarra Farms (with some help with the foraging from them!)
