You're invited to join winemaker Jarrod Johnson and famed Danish live-fire chef Bente Grysbaek for a live-fire meal and barrel hall lunch. Enjoy three delicious courses prepared over a live fire pit by renowned Danish chef Bente Grysbaek including plank-roasted fish and crispy fire-roasted porchetta with toasted fennel seeds with roast pear and honey-mustard sauce. It will be an intimate long-table lunch hosted by Punt Road winemaker Jarrod Johnson in the winery's barrel hall. The meal will be accompanied with exclusive tastings of limited-release Punt Road wines, with the opportunity to sample directly from the barrel. Relax by the firepit after lunch with cheese and mulled cider.
