Jane has held several Board positions in the community housing and health and aged care sectors, is a member of industry advisory Boards for both Flinders University of South Australia and the University of Adelaide. Jane is the Chair of the SA Leaders for Gender Equity, a group of SA business and community leaders working towards a shared goal of achieving gender equity with the priorities of addressing the gender pay gap and increasing the representation of women at the highest levels of industry and business. She is also member of the SA Gender Pay Gap Task Force.
