Please join us for a deeply relaxing Self-Care Sunday:Restorative Sound Bath Immersion. Allow the therapeutic sounds to gently guide you to unwind ,replenish and revitalise your mind, body and spirit, preparing you with renewed energy for the week ahead.

A perfect way to infuse your Sunday and complete your weekend- a time to rest, recharge and reconnect with yourself.

Prepare to experience the transformative power of Sound Healing as you begin to relax the moment you enter Marou Home Wellness space.

Begin your journey with an introduction to the principles of sound healing and the various instruments used. Ease into the experience with gentle breathing exercises, preparing your body for deep relaxation supported by a softly guided meditation and intention-setting practice, using visualisation to enhance the experience.

Let soothing, harmonising sounds wash over you, melting away stress and allowing you to relax, rest, and recharge. Concluding with grounding exercises to help you integrate the experience and feel centred and balanced.

This in-person event invites you to connect with your community and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowl, Medicine Drum,Hand-Held Gong, Koshi Chimes, Tuning Forks and the voice.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start of the session.This will allow you to create your space for comfort, prior to this time the space will be preparing energetically to enhance your experience.If you are late, we are sorry that you we will be unable to enter in to the space.
