Get ready for some fun!

Join us to improve your overall health with this Low impact exercise class, suited to all ages, no star jumps or one armed push ups with this group! This is a music filled class which combinds, a cardio warm up in the fresh air on the blacony (weather permitting), half paced aerobics, some fun and games, gentle streching and even the chicken dance or nutbush!

After class, relax with the group and enjoy a complimentry coffee.

BYO Drink bottle , exercise mat or a large towel.
