Join us at the Conference to learn and share insights on improving teaching and learning strategies and increasing student engagement.

This conference is for community languages teachers that teach in a community language school that is funded by the Community Languages Schools Program.

The Term 3 conference will provide you with an opportunity to participate in high-quality professional learning workshops that focus on improving teaching and learning strategies and increasing student engagement.

The workshops have been designed specifically to support teachers in community languages schools.

Formative Assessment

Two workshops will be offered throughout the day by the Program Education Officers, Enya Gannon, and Kara Matheson.

Workshop 1: AI as your teaching partner

Workshop 2: Writing a scope & sequence and unit of work

The day will be filled with hands on activities that participants can take away and use immediately in their community languages classrooms.

All participants will receive a Community Languages Schools Program notepad, pen and lanyard.

The first 10 school registrations will receive a small prize.

The conference will be held at Bankstown Sports Club - 8 Greenfield Parade Bankstown.
