Sunbury Neighbourhood House Bush-tucker Garden Planting

Help enhance and extend the Indigenous bush-tucker garden with Pernaperna at Sunbury Neighbourhood House, with morning tea provided.

Come learn about some of the plants that are used by the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung, and the greater Kulin Nations around Narm (Melbourne), as food, fibre, medicine and for tools.

Help the community at Sunbury Neighbourhood House to enhance and extend Pernaperna's bush-tucker garden. This demomstration garden can show other people what they could be growing at their homes. This will also act as a Gardens for Wildlife site, as these same plants provide habitat for a whole host of native wildlife, we should share our spaces with too.
