via Zoom MeetingThe basic foundation of our lives lies in the mind. Our sense of who we are, as well as our experiences of happiness and suffering, are deeply shaped by the mind. Yet the mind can become entangled in concepts, beliefs, and emotional patterns. These forms of bondage become knots within the mind that not only create unnecessary suffering, but also prevent us from living fully and actualizing our true potential for love, compassion, and wisdom.
During this weekend retreat, Anam Thubten will explain how to untie these knots of the mind using a text composed by the great Dzogchen master Dudjom Lingpa. Meditation practices will also be offered to help bring these teachings into direct experience.
